At TAG Grading, we stand behind the quality of our premium fashion collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
